Over two days, Carter from Tic Tac Toe Marketing will work with your leadership team to do comprehensive marketing plans. You can count on accomplishing three areas of mission. These typically include summer camp, summer staff, and retreat rentals.
You'll receive your marketing plan as an editable Word file within a week of our time together.
Fundraising Planning by Brenda Moore & Associates
After two days with Jana Swenson from Brenda Moore and Associates, you will have a clear and achievable plan to grow your yearly fundraising income. You’ll have a comprehensive fundraising strategy that can be repeated annually. Your project will include tactics to measure progress, involve others, and help you raise the most money possible for your organization's important work.
The process of creating this plan includes an assessment. We’ll review your giving data, understand your challenges, and clarify your needs. Then, we’ll facilitate a conversation with your fundraising and/or leadership team to create a 12-month plan to increase fundraising capacity and gift income.
When you book this full package by the end of 2024, you'll also receive:
- A full SEO audit of your current website
- A comprehensive review call with the combined team (your leadership, Tic Tac Toe Marketing, and Brenda Moore & Associates) to coordinate any overlap in the plan.
- Quarterly execution calls (for a year) with Jana Swenson to coach you in the use of your fundraising plan.
